SEAT has enormous business plans laid for this year, and engineers have already started try-out some of its time commodities. The Spanish brand's next SUV is going to be labelled Arona, and it is set to be released late this year and it will be based on a platform created by the Volkswagen Group. Most likely, we are communicating about a small model of the MQB, which is evaluated to come to the Mk5 Ibiza. The Volkswagen Polo will also asset the expressed platform, and the German hatchback will get a crossover derived.
The Arona name comes from a municipality on the Island of Tenerife. Regardless of the idea for the name of this crossover from SEAT, reports bay that its platform will not be the same as the one used on Audi’s SUV, the Q2.
The future Arona is evaluated to be motivated from the Ibiza, with a few taps from the Ateca. The indoor should have idea from both versions, but with a large pronunciation on Ibiza-based elements.
