Apparently perceptive on juicing more distance from its Built Ford Tough tagline and also perceptive on shrinking mart muscle Ford is entering an almost completely capital 2017 F-150 Raptor pickup in this year’s Baja 1000 desert race. The effortful challenge is as becoming a litmus experiment for the off-road-ready Raptor as anything we can think of. We expect to see F-150 lineups at Sema.
But first, what does Ford convey when it says the Baja running Raptor is “capital”? Per SCORE’s concepts (Baja’s authorizing body), even to run in the capital full collection,
Ford needed to meet the Raptor with a safety enclosure, sprinting rooms and supports, a fuel cell compartment, and more LED lightening . Some cloying graphics were struck onto the pickup's body, along with a good spare-tire attach in the truck supplied, for that becoming stadium pikcup look. Ford says it slightly retuned the F-150 Raptor’s Fox Racing shocks and springs to record for the more weight of the safety gear, the truck is as you can purchase it in the approaching months. It even steers on the plant BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO2 tires. The pickup will make a stop at the SEMA show in Las Vegas, then to Baja.
